1. When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

2. How long does delivery take?

We offer two delivery options throughout Europe:

  • Full Shipping: 3–6 business days — €7.99
  • Free Shipping: 5–12 business days — Free

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country, local postal service, and customs processing.

Both methods include real-time tracking and complete delivery support.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time. You can also access tracking via our Track Your Order page.

5. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If tracking shows no recent movement or you need assistance, contact us at contact@calevori.com and include your order number — our team will investigate promptly.

6. What is your return policy?

Request to return: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Note: We do not offer exchanges for size or color selection errors. To obtain a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

7. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not process direct exchanges for mistakes in size or color selection. To exchange, please return the item first and place a new order for the desired variant.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to over 200 countries worldwide with tracked delivery. International delivery generally takes 5–12 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

11. I received the wrong item or something was damaged. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize. Please email contact@calevori.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

13. Is delivery free?

Yes. Standard delivery (Free Shipping) is completely free across Europe and internationally. You can also choose Full Shipping (€7.99) for faster delivery.

14. Care Guide & Sizing

Sizing: Our garments follow standard sizing, but we recommend going one size up for a more comfortable fit.

Care: We recommend hand-washing whenever possible. If using a washing machine, select a delicate cycle and always air dry only.

15. Warranty
